Happy Tail: Daisy (formerly June Bug, formerly Carina)

When her new family met Daisy at the adoption event on Sunday, she was a little timid, but seemed curious. Once they took her home, her shyness started to melt away. She is now a happy girl and does a little dance and wags her tail fiercely to say hello to her family in the morning or when they walk in the door.  It’s the cutest thing! She has gone on many walks to slowly meet the neighbors, and is less and less shy about them with each passing day. She no longer approaches new people with her tail between her legs and she doesn’t even seem to notice when neighbor dogs bark and bark at her.  Her family is very proud of how far she’s come in just the few days she’s been with them! They love her dearly and are so happy that she had such a team of volunteers seeing her through a rough beginning.
