Happy Tail: Miss Rusty

Miss Rusty’s family can admit that they were a little nervous when they took her home, as she was going to them with some “issues”. Melissa was a great resource and help with getting everyone adjusted. This is what Miss Rusty’s family had to say about their girl:
“We are so happy Miss Rusty has decided that we are her people. She is a funny little thing and very affectionate. She occasionally does still have her moments of mistrust with newcomers, but we are always working with her. Her dog walker introduced her to Leo (picture below) and they are good buddies. Miss Rusty has definitely become easier around other dogs, although she still doesn’t like to share her toys! One of the best things that I have noticed is when we come back from a walk she turns right in at our house. She knows she’s home!”
