Happy Tails: Buster Bugs

Buster Bugs has really settled into his new life. He and his canine sister Cora are best buds. They play nonstop and snuggle with each other all the time.

When first adopted, Buster had no interest in toys, but that did not last too long! Every month Cora and Buster receive a BarkBox (a monthly subscription box for dogs) and he LOVES it. They both go insane when it’s delivered. However, he has two favorite toys – a stuffed fox and a stuffed alligator. Buster is the type of dog that brings his favorite toy everywhere with him. He always has one of those two in his mouth. He’ll follow his mom around squeaking his fox and wagging his tale and even has to grab one if it’s time to eat. He also has to bring one to bed at night and snuggle with it. It’s his most adorable habit!

Buster LOVES the snow! He can’t get enough. He jumps in it and rolls in it. He loves chasing and attacking snow balls. He and his dad have a great time hiking in the snow when his family goes up to the White Mountains in NH.

He’s also done really well with clicker training. He has his basic commands down and is really toy motivated. The clicker training helped a lot with his teeth. At first he hated getting his teeth brushed but he doesn’t mind it now.

Overall – Buster is awesome. His family loves him so much and he’s been such a great addition to their lives!
