Happy Tails Update: Luna Lovegood (formerly Xiphoid)

Luna has been in her new home for two weeks now and is just in love with her new family. They are just as in love with her as she is with them. Here is what they had to say about her:

“Luna (formally Xiphoid) is settling in nicely.  I just love her and spend tons of time with her.    We have 3 other pets, 2 female dogs who are 8 years of age, one is a Flatcoat Retriever, River approx. 80 lbs and the other is a Black Lab, Jo-jo approx 65 lbs (also a rescue dog)  and we have 1 female cat, Pepper who is very tiny approx 7 lbs.   All the animals have adjusted very well to each other in a very short period of time.  Luna has especially bonded with the Black Lab who likes to play with her.  My niece also has a rescue dog, Kona who is a little smaller than Luna and comes over a couple times a week so they can play.

All in all she is a very pretty sweet girl and we love her very much.  She is very attached to me as I am her.  She is coming out of her shell and you can tell is happy, she runs and plays all over the house.  I am looking forward to the change in seasons where the weather is nice, the days are longer and we can be outside more and have longer walks.  She is a member of our family now and will be kept happy, loved and provided for all the days of her life. “
